An experienced coach, trainer and facilitator who has been designing and delivering learning and change programmes for individuals, teams, leaders and organsations for over 15 years, using a blend of NLP, experiential learning, training and coaching that develop the resources needed for sustainable change and increased performance.
Most recently, Dan worked as a consultant/coach on a major transformation project with an International Oil and Gas Company coaching and mentoring of Offshore leaders. He has also worked with clients in hospitality, manufacturing, public sector and charity sector.
Dan trained initially as an Outdoor specialist and has a degree in Outdoor Education, a PGCE and various specialist activity qualifications. He is also an NLP Master Coach, Master Practitioner and is trained in a range of team and individual development tools including MBTI, TMP, SDI, 16PF and EQ-I.
