FIRST THOUGHTS - Labels are not me!

This video is going around at the moment and is incredibly powerful and thought provoking. I always ask delegates to introduce themselves in 30 secs a the start of a programme. Most delegates describe themselves by labels: Be it Black, White, or more often by a job title, or a profession or a calling or a position in the family. Mother, Father! Rarely if ever do I hear people tell me who they really are or what they do. Check out this short video.

Then ask yourself: Who am I really? How do I make a difference? If I were to use a label that reinforced who I am then what would it be? Change to be!
