Anne is a versatile and effective change leader with a passion for developing individuals and organisations to deliver performance improvement. Her expertise lies in deeply engaging with business to define and implement strategies for talent and leadership development, succession planning and competence assurance.

 

A native French speaker, Anne was brought up in an expat world developing an affinity across many cultures from an early age. Anne relishes the opportunity to work internationally and maintains that her multi-year assignments in South East Asia and in North Africa have been amongst her most successful and personally fulfilling projects.

 

Anne’s early career was as an engineer in the energy sector working both onshore and offshore, in UK and overseas. Her curiosity for delivering performance improvement through people was sparked and she successfully transitioned into leadership roles in Learning and Organisational Development. Her most recent role was as Director of the learning function across a global matrix organisation, transforming and modernising the learning landscape to progressively address the performance needs of the business.

 

Anne is an NLP Master Practitioner, qualified in the use of DISC personality profiling, and is working towards International Coaching Federation accreditation.

 

Anne’s other passions are her family, sailing, skiing and karate, combining all whenever possible! She loves to spend time either on the water or in the mountains and recently spent 3 months sailing around Greece with her husband and two young children.
