Launched in 1999, we started the company with the ethos - friends first. With similar backgrounds and values and a passion for people and performance we quickly established a successful niche performance consultancy with numerous high profile and respected clients across a range of industries.
Our USP is our people. We only recruit experienced practitioners who have a common desire to make a difference and go the extra mile. We come from a range of disciplines and different walks of life. We have all faced challenge or adversity and won through. This gives all of our team an edge and a confidence that inspires and motivates those we touch.
Our backgrounds and experience also lead us to work hard to support those who through no fault of their own have fallen, and need a helping hand. We work closely with a number of charities and individuals to help those not as lucky as us with a new start or a second chance. In 2015 we added the pearl to our logo. A metaphor for what we do - the grain of sand that irritates and challenges the oyster to create something special.
