Nicola is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and also has a Masters in Employment Strategy specialising in Organisational Development. She is an astute, pragmatic and flexible HR Consultant, Coach and Facilitator with wide experience in private sector organisations in UK and Europe, the US and the Middle and Far East.   

In employment, Nicola held various HR Management and strategic Project Management roles leading direct teams of up to 35 people prior to moving into Consultancy in 2001. 

 

In consultancy, Nicola has worked with a wide range of clients in Banking, Finance, Education, Health, Energy, Technology, Travel and Pharmaceuticals.  She is renowned for her outcome focus and works in a collaborative way with clients and project colleagues.

 

Nicola is passionate about Leadership and Management Development, Executive Coaching, Facilitation, Identifying talent via Assessment & Development Centres, Organisation Design and Development and Change Consultancy/ Projects.  Specialisms include Talent Management, Performance Management and Competency Systems.
