Justin is one of our recent appointed associate consultants.  During a successful 18 year career in the Royal Marines, having joined from Liverpool University where he studied Law, he undertook a variety of challenging leadership appointments from frontline operational service to programme director roles in the Ministry of Defence.

He then spent five years in senior NHS performance improvement and change management roles, and was tasked by the Department of Health to initiate and lead networks to improve the provision of military health services in the NHS for veterans.  Justin was then recruited as a Regional Director for the NHS’s property company three years ago with responsibility for operational budget of £98m, circa 500 suppliers and 1300 staff.

Well known as a people person, combined with his extensive skill set and experience from a number of sectors, Justin is a valuable and welcome member of our team.  He holds a Master’s Degree from Cranfield University, is Prince 2 qualified and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Justin enjoys time with his partner in Somerset and being on the touchlines in Devon of whichever sport his two teenage sons are playing, plus coaching an u14 rugby team.  A keen kite surfer, he tries to stay fit and follows the fortunes of Exeter Chiefs and Liverpool FC.
