Simon is the driver and brains behind our performance tools.   Having joined Performance First straight from University of wales (Bangor) where he studied Business.  He quickly proved his worth behind the scenes, turning ideas and concepts into practical tools we could use to support clients.   With over 12 years of experience in the whole area of measuring and tracking performance Simon is expert at tailoring our products and services to perfectly meet client needs.   This combined with the friendliest of personalities and a great sense of humour make him invaluable to the team.

 

Simon loves nothing more than to get away from the screen after work and be with Kate and two lovely children or use his creativity to make beautiful furniture in what little spare time he can carve out.
