Kevin is passionate about personal mastery, be it applied to communication, personal presence or leadership.  He also has a particular interest in personal, team and organisational creativity and innovation.

 

Kevin has 10 years in Learning and Development in the Financial Services sector followed by 15 years as a consultant, coach and facilitator working in Finance, Education, Manufacturing, Engineering and Consultancy.  He is also an actor, improviser and comedian and brings this skillset to live stage work, corporate role plays and to his training.  Kevin is highly creative and a great designer of training interventions.  He can even make Performance Management fun! 

 

With a BA Hons in Humanities (Media and the History of Ideas, Religions and Cultures !) he is a qualified coach, NLP master practitioner and Kaisen black belt.  He is qualified in the use of MBTI, TMS and many others.

 

He is a husband and father with three grown up children who enjoy performing at the merest excuse, reading, playing and listening to music and just about anything creative.
