Louise is an experienced coach. She has the unique ability to see people for who they truly are and recognises their full potential as an individual.   Louise uses a number of tools and techniques which encourage individuals to step into their vision as a leader and deliver the results they require to benefit the business as a whole.

 

Louise is also highly effective working with teams to deliver powerful performance and greater connection.

With an extensive background in recruitment and selection, She has worked with major global organisations, including BT and Merlin Entertainments.  She has experience of working in a number of sectors, including Finance, Insurance and Healthcare. 

Louise trained with The Coaching Academy and is an NLP Master Practitioner,  she is also accredited in Clarity4D, DISC and Motivational Maps.
