Martin is an experienced executive coach and works with Directors, Senior Executives and Executive teams to help them focus on achieving new goals and raising their levels of performance. He has extensive experience in facilitating leadership, team building and coaching workshops and also in organisation and role design.
He has a background in commerce and consulting which combined with his coaching expertise enables him to understand situations and establish relationships quickly. He has a track record of helping his clients achieve breakthrough insights.
Martin started his career in the Royal Navy and then joined The Industrial Society as a leadership tutor.He played a significant role in the development of the UK cable and satellite television industry and spent 14 years with a leading Management Consultancy where he developed his understanding of how organisations work and honed his Leadership Development and Executive Coaching expertise.
Martin has and MBA from London and New York Business Schools. He is a founder affiliate of the Exeter University Centre for Leadership and an active member of the Resources Advisory Committee of the RNLI.
