Performance First working with St James's Place Wealth Management

We’re delighted and very excited to be starting a bespoke, 12-month leadership and management development programme with some select Head of Business Leaders from St James's Place Wealth Management.

This blended learning development intervention will be a mixture of high-impact experiential workshops, interwoven with 1-1 dedicated coaching and crucial measurement and diagnostics to assess leadership capability and support team performance improvement.
