High Impact Team Cohesion!
Performance First are delighted to be working with an exciting global Private Equity Fund Manager.
The start of our engagement was a high impact team cohesion workshop, to kick-start their 3-day offsite, at the incredible Lucknam Park, nr Bath. Team members from Singapore, South Africa, Nigeria, USA and London were all in attendance. The Team were introduced to an experiential activity designed to exercise trust, communication, quick planning and team work; followed closely by a chance to better understand each other and open up as a group. The group then got into the meat of the session which was a focused on developing a High Performance Team mentality, practiced through a highly interactive problem solving and process improvement task.
The teams were excellent; highly engaged, competitive and committed to improvement – these guys are great! Can’t wait to keep supporting this exciting business.
